Social Surge Media runs on its own AI Agent OS

Client type
Founder-led systems studio (our own operation)
Industry
AI automation and digital growth

The bottleneck

A founder-led studio has the same problem its clients do: content, prospecting, and follow-up all compete with delivery hours. Publishing SEO articles, sourcing prospects, and writing first-touch messages by hand would eat the working week. So the agency runs on the product it sells.

The install

Modules running

  • SEO Studio: researches, drafts, and publishes articles to this site’s blog on autopilot
  • Lead Gen: sources and scores prospects against a written ICP
  • Outreach agents: draft personalised first-touch and follow-up sequences for approval
  • Commander’s Briefing: reports fleet activity and cost in plain English, daily

Deployment

7 agents deployed across 6 orchestrated systems: Claude, OpenClaw, n8n, Hermes, Gemini Antigravity, and Grok. The instance is self-hosted on our own server over a private Tailscale mesh, with our own API keys and database. Nothing runs on rented SaaS seats.
