No, and that is important. Agents require the official WhatsApp Business API, which needs a registered business and a phone number that can move to the API. Personal WhatsApp cannot run agents. We handle the API setup as part of the install.

The agent hands over. Anything outside its FAQ inventory or booking flow is queued for your staff with the full conversation attached, so the patient gets a human answer without repeating themselves.

The system is self-hosted on a server you own, over a private Tailscale mesh, with your own database. Conversations and patient details stay on your infrastructure, not on a shared SaaS platform.
